1. About These Terms
These terms apply to all purchases made on SnusFree, operated by HMU Trading ApS, CVR 42238821, Denmark. When you place an order with us, you accept these terms in full.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from SnusFree. By confirming your age at checkout, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have reason to believe this condition is not met.
3. Pricing
All prices on the site are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be updated at any time. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed using SSL encryption. We do not store your card details at any point during or after the purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on business days are generally dispatched the same day. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected at checkout, but most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
7. Title of Goods
Products remain the property of SnusFree until payment has been received and confirmed in full.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@snusfree.com as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We will issue a return number and arrange a prepaid return label for valid claims. Returns sent without a return number may not be processed.
9. Your Responsibility
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Claims for shipping damage must be reported promptly. If a complaint is reviewed and not accepted, return shipping costs remain with the customer. We do not charge inspection or handling fees for complaints.
10. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Your information is used only to fulfil your order and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
11. Uncollected Packages
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, a fee of EUR 5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return freight and handling. We will notify you by email if this happens.
