1. How quickly will I receive my order?
Most orders reach their destination within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and when your order is placed. International shipments outside the EU may take slightly longer due to transit distances or local handling times.

For orders shipped within the EU, no customs fees apply. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may be charged upon arrival — these vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
3. When does my order leave the warehouse?
We dispatch orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on the same business day. Anything received after that cutoff ships the following business day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
4. Which carriers do you use?
