✦ Our Return Policy
Shopping online should feel safe. If something is not right with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection law. Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons.
✦ How to Return an Order
- Email us at info@snusfree.com and tell us your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and send you a return number. Do not ship anything back before you have this number, as returns without it may not be processed.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- If you are returning because you changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility.
- Pack the item securely, include the return number, and ship it back to us.
✦ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. We do not charge handling or restocking fees.
✦ Uncollected Packages
If your parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, a fee of EUR 5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return freight and handling. You will receive an email from us if this happens.
